Key Responsibilities Acquire & Grow: Identify and onboard new corporate clients for property-backed loans, while nurturing existing relationships. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields. 1–2 years' experience in secured lending, term loans, or mortgage financing preferred. Background in B2B sales from financial/credit firms like is advantageous. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented—without compromising integrity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to listen, understand, and solve client challenges. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, family-like team culture.
