**Responsibilities**:
Deepen Your Connections, Drive Success
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our company's products and services.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Identify clients' needs and propose suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
- Provide comprehensive consultations to clients, guiding them in their decision-making process.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients.
- Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Meet sales and revenue targets to contribute to the company's growth.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
- Previous experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong client and business relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.

Salary & Working Hours:
Basic Salary: SGD 3,000 with up to SGD 1,500 to 2,500 commission per month. No AWS and VB. Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Mondays to Fridays.
