Frazer Jones is exclusively partnering with our client, a fast-growing Consumer Goods company with a strong presence in Asia, to appoint a Head of HR to oversee the region. This is a critical, newly scoped leadership role that is designed with the aim of building a strong organizational culture and support the company’s growth trajectory. With a robust GTM strategy, as well as personally witnessing the company build brand equity, I am thrilled to be supporting this search. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore. Working with the CEO, you will lead a lean and capable HR team to contribute strategically to the people agenda. Key Responsibilities You will take full ownership of the HR strategy and HR operations for the HQ and regional offices. Working very closely with the respective business leaders, you will be aligning HR initiatives with the business leaders' strategic priorities. These include but are not limited to, fostering positive workplace culture, managing employee relations (including resolving complex cases that may arise), driving conversations centred around attracting, developing and retaining talents. In this role, you will lead your team to oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training & development (presently in nascent stages, and there is a good canvas for you to drive initiatives for this HR pillar), performance management, employee relations, through to offboarding. You will assist in implementing/updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with various countries' local employment laws and standards. Ideal Profile This is an exciting role for candidates who have the proven track record as a strategic and hands‑on HR leader. Experience in scaling HR functions within high‑growth environments is a must‑have. Experience in the following industries: FMCG, ECommerce, Technology (including SaaS) sectors is highly advantageous. As a guideline, you should have at least 12-15 years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience, and you have led the HR function/department. Throughout the interview process, we will be curious about your ability to complement and support business growth plans. Prior experience in regional roles with a Southeast Asia remit (minimally Singapore and Malaysia) would be highly regarded. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is also required.
