Ensure brand messaging and visuals are consistent across all platforms, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. Marketing Campaigns Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns aimed at increasing website traffic and improving lead conversion rates. Collaborate with design and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, enhancing the sales pipeline. Digital Marketing Expand the company's digital footprint through effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Manage social media channels to increase engagement and followers, translating into more inquiries and conversions. Analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns, ensuring data-driven decisions lead to improved marketing effectiveness. Content Creation Develop and manage content calendars to maintain a consistent flow of engaging content, increasing audience interaction and content sharing. Supervise high-quality photo and video production to enhance brand storytelling and showcase projects effectively. Events & Public Relations Organize impactful interior design exhibitions and client events to enhance brand exposure and client satisfaction. Leverage media relations and P-R opportunities to increase media mentions and improve public perception of the brand. Team & Budget Management Lead and inspire a marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals, fostering a high-performance culture. Efficiently manage the marketing budget to improve marketing ROI, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of achieving measurable results. Strong skills in digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign management. Skills Proficient in marketing analytics tools with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets. Creative and strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Brand Awareness: Increase in brand recognition and market positioning efforts. Growth in social media followers and engagement metrics.
