Senior Marketing Executive Location: Ubi Salary: $3800 - $4500Working Hours: 5 Days | 9am – 6pm Key Responsibilities Branding & Strategy Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to establish Visionary Interior as a preferred choice in the interior design market. Ensure brand messaging and visuals are consistent across all platforms, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. Marketing Campaigns Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns aimed at increasing website traffic and improving lead conversion rates. Collaborate with design and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, enhancing the sales pipeline. Digital Marketing Expand the company's digital footprint through effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Manage social media channels to increase engagement and followers, translating into more inquiries and conversions. Analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns, ensuring data-driven decisions lead to improved marketing effectiveness. Content Creation Develop and manage content calendars to maintain a consistent flow of engaging content, increasing audience interaction and content sharing. Supervise high-quality photo and video production to enhance brand storytelling and showcase projects effectively. Events & Public Relations Organize impactful interior design exhibitions and client events to enhance brand exposure and client satisfaction. Leverage media relations and P-R opportunities to increase media mentions and improve public perception of the brand. Team & Budget Management Lead and inspire a marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals, fostering a high-performance culture. Efficiently manage the marketing budget to improve marketing ROI, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Prefer to have marketing experience in Interior Firm 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of achieving measurable results.
