Enterprise Resource Planning System Specialist

Job Description:

This is a challenging contract opportunity to improve enterprise resource planning systems, collaborating with support networks and business process experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of ERP systems by regularly collaborating with support networks and business process experts.
  • Aid end-users in submitting new process improvement ideas, considering interdependencies and system impacts.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of coordinated change processes that affect business processes with system impact.
  • Develop and share knowledge with team members and business stakeholders.
  • Log, triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents/requests in ServiceNow; escalate and involve 2nd-level support when necessary.
  • Perform root cause analysis, cooperate with 2nd-level support, and validate/test resolution proposals.
  • Communicate and coordinate end-user activities during major incidents and supervise interfaces for business cases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in a global enterprise delivering ERP solutions.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Detailed knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance Global Master Data.
  • Additional exposure to PP, QM, and Warehouse/Transport Management.
  • Understanding and proficiency in SAP modules - S/4 Hana, PP (Production Planning), and MM (Materials Management), architecture, and integration points.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is beneficial.
  • Experience with system validation, including documentation and testing of validated systems.
  • Cloud solutions experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in support processes/tools for incident and change management.
  • In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of ERP systems with basic knowledge of related systems (e.g., MES).
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing/Quality business processes.
