Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Software Specialist to join our team.
- This individual will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing enterprise resource planning systems using the MFG/Pro system.
- They must have experience with Progress databases and be able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills and have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing applications using 4GL programming tools in the Progress environment
- Managing change management processes to maintain program specifications and process flows
- Maintaining program baselines and ensuring good programming practices on version control
- Conducting unit and integrated system testing to ensure programs meet production quality
- Providing helpdesk support to address user requests and issues
- Training users on new modules and programs released
- Updating program manuals and conducting audits to ensure alignment with documented procedures
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in design, development and implementation of enterprise resource planning systems
- Experience with Progress databases
- Knowledge of System Development Life Methodologies, Change Management and QAD ERP (Manufacturing)
- Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
