As an ERP Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our organization's systems. This critical role involves providing expert technical support and guidance to users and superusers, as well as maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting ERP systems to meet business objectives.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer technical assistance and guidance to ERP users and superusers
  • Maintain and configure ERP systems to align with business requirements
  • Assist in ERP-related projects, encompassing planning, implementation, and post-implementation support
  • Support process improvements in refurbishment, warehousing, lot management, and customer-owned inventory
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to inform business decision-making
  • Manage post-project support, including MRP, cycle counts, and future system-related projects


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field
  • Strong technical skills in project management, system implementation, and data analysis
