Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled ERP system expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and guidance to users and superusers of our enterprise resource planning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and configure ERP systems to meet business needs
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users
- Collaborate with project teams on ERP-related projects from planning to post-implementation support
- Support process improvements in refurbishment, warehousing, lot management, and customer-owned inventory
- Prepare reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Manage post-project support and future system-related projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Business Information Systems, Computer Science) or business field (Accounting, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management)
- Strong technical skills in project management, system implementation, and data analysis
Preferred Skills:
- System implementation experience
- Warehousing and inventory management expertise
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- ERP software knowledge
- Project management certifications
