Job Title: Senior Client Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to drive complex cross-team communication, execution accountability, and customer integration across both active projects and identified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal field sales, pre-sales architecture, and delivery teams to understand customer needs, business objectives, and success metrics.
  • Solve customer business problems through existing programs and innovate to build new initiatives where necessary.
  • Apply strategic thinking to execute and demonstrate understanding of requirements.
  • Take proactive steps to ensure teams meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Interface with customers and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership teams.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess a confident personality with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills at all levels with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience driving large initiatives with Singapore-based customers.
  • An additional 10+ years of experience driving large initiatives with other customers.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to impact and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience working with broad groups of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and navigating competing priorities and goals.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress against goals to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrable experience of working closely with operations and program functions to establish optimum solutions to identified risks.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a strategic orientation and aptitude for solving complex business problems.
  • Ability to resolve ambiguity or conflict situations to bring teams and business groups into alignment.
