Job Overview As a Telecommunications B2B BSS Business Analyst, you will manage and optimize our B2B order management processes. Your role involves driving client workshops, collaborating with multiple internal and external teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of large‐scale programs. We are looking for a proactive individual who takes ownership and excels in client management. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate workshops with 30‐40 client stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss solutions and drive consensus. Apply your knowledge of Telco B2B Order Management processes to ensure accurate and efficient handling of orders. Collaborate on large‐scale programs, working effectively with internal teams (development, operations, support) and external stakeholders to align and deliver successful outcomes. Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem‐solving and delivering solutions. Prepare detailed business requirements documents, process flows and functional specifications; analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the telecommunications industry, with a strong background in B2B BSS solutions and order management processes. Excellent client‐management skills with experience leading workshops involving large stakeholder groups. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external teams in a large‐scale program environment. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project success. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to convey information clearly to various audiences. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
