Job Title: Centre Support Specialist

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and collaborating with parents and students.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inquiries and concerns from parents and students in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Process payments efficiently and effectively.
3. Communicate with parents regarding centre matters, classes, and other relevant information.
4. Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

1. Ability to work weekends (6 days a week) and weekdays 2pm-9pm, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Web WhatsApp.
3. Friendly and pleasant disposition when interacting with parents and students.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Working Hours:

Weekdays: 2pm-9pm
Weekends: 10am-7pm
