Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Food and Beverage operations. As an F&B Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our hotel's Food and Beverage department. This includes managing sales growth, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Your primary goal will be to drive top-line revenue while ensuring sustainable and profitable operations. You will also be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the F&B team, fostering a culture of courteous, professional, and efficient service that aligns with our hotel and brand standards.

You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing guest satisfaction. If you have a proven track record in F&B management and possess great leadership and motivational skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
