Job Title: F&B Team Leader
Job Summary:
F&B Team Leaders are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a food and beverage outlet. They manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate team members to achieve excellent results in sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention.

• Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and maintained at the highest standard.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.

• Lead by example and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and concerns.

• Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

• Develop and train staff to meet changing customer needs and preferences.

• Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets.

• Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or in a related field.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve excellent results.
