Overview
WEAVE is seeking a talented Lead CPQ and Billing developer to join our India Team. Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce CPQ, CRM, and Billing solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize Salesforce to align with business needs.
Configure and maintain Salesforce components, and act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce CPQ, CRM, and Billing functionalities.
Analyze and optimize business processes; recommend process improvements and automation using Salesforce.
Create reports and dashboards and maintain thorough documentation of system configurations and best practices.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in implementing Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Billing for large-scale enterprise projects.
Minimum of one full lifecycle Salesforce implementation in CRM, CPQ, and Billing.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and administration.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong project management and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of data management, security, and compliance best practices.
Minimum of 2 Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Billing Specialist).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
