Salesforce CPQ Expert

You are a seasoned expert in Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) implementation with more than 7 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and configuration. Your primary role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing CPQ solutions to enhance sales operations and streamline quoting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading end-to-end Salesforce CPQ projects, from requirement gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborating with various teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, IT) to grasp business requirements and transform them into scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions
  • Customizing CPQ features such as Product Configuration, Pricing Rules, Discounting, Quote Templates, and Approvals
  • Developing and maintaining CPQ objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, process builder flows, and workflows
  • Data migration and integration with external systems (ERP, CRM, billing tools)
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 7 years of Salesforce platform experience, with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ (Steel Brick). A strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, declarative development, and CPQ-specific customizations is essential. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, or other third-party systems is required.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Billing
