You are a seasoned Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant with more than 7 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and configuration, specializing in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) implementation. Your primary role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing CPQ solutions to enhance sales operations and streamline quoting procedures.Your responsibilities include leading end-to-end Salesforce CPQ projects, from requirement gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment. You will collaborate with various teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, IT) to grasp business requirements and transform them into scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions. Customizing CPQ features such as Product Configuration, Pricing Rules, Discounting, Quote Templates, and Approvals will be a key part of your role.Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining CPQ objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, process builder flows, and workflows. Data migration and integration with external systems (ERP, CRM, billing tools) will also fall under your purview. Providing training and documentation to end users and support teams, troubleshooting and resolving CPQ functionality issues, and staying abreast of Salesforce releases and CPQ best practices are crucial aspects of your job.To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 7 years of Salesforce platform experience, with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ (Steel Brick). A strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, declarative development, and CPQ-specific customizations is essential. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, or other third-party systems is required. Your ability to write and maintain technical and user documentation, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, will be valuable assets.Preferred qualifications include being a Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, familiarity with DocuSign, Conga, or other quote-to-cash tools, prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments, and knowledge of Salesforce Billing.Your expertise and contributions will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Salesforce CPQ projects and ensuring efficient sales operations.,
