Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Repair Services Associate . As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing customer products, troubleshooting issues, and developing knowledge of department and individual performance metric relationships.

  • Services customer product, evaluates and validates customer complaint information, repair history, troubleshooting, and contract entitlement.
  • Creates work instructions, check sheets, or other process documentation.
  • Familiarizes yourself with a range of products and processes, including repair tasks that require specific skills and basic product design principles.

You will also identify areas for quality and/or productivity improvement, collaborate with other departments/colleagues to implement changes, and possess good knowledge of repair systems.

Additional responsibilities include training colleagues in basic work assignments, sharing information with the team, adhering to safety practices and regulations, and performing activities to calibrate tools and maintain equipment.
