Appliance Installation and Repair Specialist Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Appliance Installation and Repair Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen appliances at customer premises.

This includes conducting basic product usage training for customers, maintaining proper service records, explaining after-service reports, managing spare parts inventory in company vehicles, and representing the company professionally as frontline service staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair kitchen appliances
  • Conduct product usage training for customers
  • Maintain accurate service records and explain after-service reports
  • Manage spare parts inventory in company vehicle
  • Represent the company professionally

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
  • NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome with training provided
