PCBA Engineering Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Singapore. As a skilled PCBA debugging engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Debug and repair all customer product rejects to component level.
  • Perform thorough testing and verification after repair.
  • Provide timely feedback on process-related defects.
  • Compile and provide monthly reports on repair status.

Requirements:

  • Diploma with 3 years' relevant experience in engineering.
  • Familiarity with test systems, debug, and repair in PCBA environments.
  • Proficiency in soldering and desoldering components up to BGA levels.
  • Able to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
