Job Description

The Culinary Innovator plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing and developing novel recipes that drive business growth. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for researching market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine new recipes through experimentation and sensory testing.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare samples for customers and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Source and evaluate new ingredients, ensuring they meet quality, nutritional, and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze consumer data and make recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in culinary arts and food science, with a strong understanding of nutrition and mass production needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field, or minimum three years of experience in a related role.
