About the Role:

The Culinary Innovation Specialist will be responsible for developing creative menu concepts, sourcing high-quality ingredients, and optimizing kitchen operations to meet market demands.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize innovative menu ideas by researching current trends, seasonal ingredients, and culinary techniques.
  • Select and procure premium ingredients and cooking tools to ensure exceptional quality and consistency in kitchen operations.
  • Analyze ingredient usage and develop strategies to minimize waste, optimize inventory, and reduce costs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and workplace regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to educate them on best practices, culinary techniques, and menu knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to provide recommendations, pairing suggestions, and enhance customer experience.
  • Provide actionable feedback on restaurant ambiance, layout, and operational efficiency to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement special event menus, limited-time offers, and other marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, culinary arts, food science).
  • Basic food safety certification and strong knowledge of workplace regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Possess a passion for delivering exceptional cuisine and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
