Clinical Lead Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a professional with strong leadership skills and experience in managing clinical teams. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of social workers, counsellors and psychologists who provide high-quality services to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of trauma-informed social work, counselling and psychological services;
- Develop and implement capability development plans for staff members;
- Collaborate with service teams to develop policies, protocols and practices;
- Lead capability building by developing professional competencies for staff members;
- Ensure timely submission of reports and statistical returns;
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or related discipline;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven supervisory or management responsibilities in social service settings;
- Experience in working with vulnerable children and families will be an added advantage;
Competencies:
- Demonstrate personal integrity and accountability;
- High level of emotional resilience and ability to manage crises in high-stress environments with composure and empathy;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong leadership qualities and skills to coach and build high-performance teams;
- Strong analytical reasoning, writing skills and sound abilities in strategic planning;
