Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Director to oversee the successful execution of our construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising project activities to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Managing and coordinating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site staff.
  • Maintaining open communication with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure alignment and progress updates.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
