Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager with a strong focus on content creation for sales teams, communication, and customer use cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in the technology industry and, ideally, fluency in Chinese. This role is crucial in equipping our sales teams with effective marketing materials, crafting compelling messaging for internal and external communications, and developing use case-driven content to engage customers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports sales teams with high-quality marketing materials.
Create compelling sales enablement content, including presentations, brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and one-pagers to support the sales process.
Craft messaging frameworks that articulate the value proposition of our products for various audiences, including customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop content tailored to specific customer needs and industry trends.
Lead the creation of customer use cases that showcase the real-world benefits and applications of our products.
Support internal and external communications, including product announcements, press releases, and executive messaging.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy and positioning.
Develop and maintain product messaging and positioning documents, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Partner with regional teams to adapt and localize content for global markets, with a strong emphasis on the Chinese market.
Measure and analyze content performance to optimize effectiveness and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, content creation, or sales enablement within the technology industry.
Strong experience in creating and managing a variety of marketing materials, including sales collateral, customer case studies, and thought leadership content.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Experience working with sales teams and understanding the sales cycle.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate content effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with Chinese associates.
Previous experience in the payment industry will be highly regarded.
