Based in Singapore, the Product Manager, Product Experience will report to the Product Lead of Product Experience. We are looking for a team player who is motivated, detail-oriented, and demonstrates deep user empathy for content discovery and growing users and user engagement on Viki.

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the product ownership of Soompi from product planning to execution across the product development lifecycle. In addition, the Product Manager will support the Product Lead in improving Product Experience user journeys within Viki.- Lead and support in building and iterating on product features to provide better experience for users on Viki and Soompi.- Demonstrates detailed understanding of user journeys and ability to build sound business case justifications by incorporating relevant data and user research.- Responsible for the entire product feature lifecycle, from conception to launch, along with post-launch analysis and continuous improvements.- Develop clear product specifications, detailed user stories, success metrics and go-to-market operational plan with key business stakeholders in Business Ops, Marketing, Customer Experience and Content teams.- Balancing the feature delivery and product quality bug/incident fixes. Partnering with the engineering team in sprint planning and managing development milestone tracking, production rollout and post-production iteration.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, Business or any relevant specializations.- Minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience and has demonstrated strong logical and product thinking across product management and software development lifecycles.- Experience in working with designers and able to articulate product requirements clearly to Business & Tech stakeholders; ability to create examples through wireframes and mock-ups- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills with strong oral and written communication skills to interact and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders within your domain.- Have strong passion for solving complex problems, and is driven to do whatever it takes in order to ship a successful product to delight our users- Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a diverse working environment.
