Active Ageing Centre Support Coordinator

This is an opportunity to work with our team and support the Centre Supervisor and Executive in the day-to-day execution of activities/tasks at the Active Ageing Centres.

Engage elderly residents, encourage participation in organized activities, organize social activities/outings for the community, co-plan integrated home-based/offsite programs and fulfill regulatory domains.

Engage/support volunteers, source suitable locations for activities/programs, deliver high-level customer service/engagement with seniors/community partners, attend phone calls/walk-ins when needed.

Collect/comply data for KPI submission, attend ad-hoc duties as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum O Level qualifications
  • At least 1 year working experience in eldercare/befriending services (or volunteering)
  • Good communication interpersonal skills
  • Possess a passionate disposition to plan activities/outreach to active/frail seniors

As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for engaging/supporting volunteers, sourcing suitable locations for activities/programs, delivering high-level customer service/engagement with seniors/community partners, attending phone calls/walk-ins when needed.
