Junior Squads Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Junior Squads Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage junior squads training schedules, competitions, and athlete development plans.
  • Design and implement individualized development plans for gymnasts within the program.
  • Prepare athletes for competitions and organize logistics for international events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with national gymnastics associations and governing bodies.
  • Promote the club's competitive program through community engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching and/or managing competitive gymnastics programs.
  • Competitive gymnastic experience essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of gymnastics training techniques and competition regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate training and competition schedules.
