Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer

Job Description

  • Resident Liaison and Support:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, ensuring a seamless and efficient handover process from initial possession to beyond.
    • Provide dedicated support during the Defects Liability Period (DLP), addressing resident concerns and escalating issues as necessary.
    • Coordinate schedules, site access readiness, unit inspections, and handover conditions to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Design and execute buyer-centric programs and events, fostering a sense of community and enhancing the overall living experience.
    • Plan and manage event logistics, including budgeting, invitations, RSVPs, catering, venue setup, and contractor coordination.
  • Customer Service and Satisfaction:
    • Strive for customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.
    • Collect feedback and leverage insights to continuously enhance customer experience and improve future events and handovers.
  • Reporting and Continuous Improvement:
    • Maintain accurate records of handovers, defect logs, and resolutions, providing valuable insights for management reports and decision-making.
    • Generate regular management reports on handover timelines, DLP progress, event metrics, and customer satisfaction results.
  • Managing Agent Oversight:
    • Oversee the service performance of Managing Agents, ensuring compliance with contract obligations and statutory regulations.
    • Conduct regular audits of common areas services and facilities, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate/Property Management or equivalent disciplines.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in property/facility management, handling multiple residential/mixed development projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical abilities.
  • Well-versed in Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
