The Liaisoning Manager at Liaison Bank will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's vision and developing strategic plans and policies for the Human Resources department. This includes overseeing recruitment, compensation, training, and other HR functions. The Liaisoning Manager will work closely with the management team to drive company growth and ensure a supportive work environment for employees.Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's objectives and implement it effectively.- Collaborate with senior management on long-term HR planning and company expansion.- Partner with recruitment managers to devise successful talent acquisition strategies.- Foster employee engagement and create performance management systems to enhance productivity.- Support managers in goal-setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads and address skill gaps.- Manage competitive salary and benefits packages while ensuring compliance with regulations.- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance.- Develop HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks associated with human resources.Skills and Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or Social Sciences; Master's degree (M.Sc./MA/MBA) preferred.- 10-15 years of experience in a strategic HR role, preferably as a VP of HR or similar capacity.- Proficiency in strategic planning, HR functions, analytics, and metrics.- Knowledge of international and national labor laws.- Familiarity with HR software, MS Office, and ERP Systems.- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.- Strong organizational skills and ability to lead effectively.Location: Khar West (Candidates residing nearby will be preferred)Salary Range: Negotiable, based on candidate experience and skills.Application Questions:- Are you comfortable working on all Saturdays- Are you available for an immediate start- How many years of experience do you have in HRWork Location: On-siteContact Details:Email: : Job Type: Full-time,
