Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Liaison Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing public relations, handling enquiries and feedback from residents, and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. They will also have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Diploma/Certificate in Communications or relevant discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant site experience in building construction industry for HDB project
  • Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the construction sector
