Freight Forwarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Airfreight Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for executing MAWB/HAWB, monitoring export shipments, creating billing and shipment details, and performing other duties as assigned by your superior.

This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established MNC freight forwarding company and develop your skills in logistics management. As an Airfreight Executive, you will have the chance to work with various stakeholders, including customers and overseas agents.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in logistics management or a relevant discipline, and 1-3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Execution of MAWB/HAWB
  • Monitoring and following up of export shipment and checking shipment status
  • Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent
  • Familiar with CCN
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Degree: Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
  • Experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
