About The Role – Client Success Director As a Client Success Director, your role will center on meaningful conversations. You’ll connect with individuals exploring our programs, guide them through a supportive decision-making process, and help them align with the resources that best match their goals.This role follows a performance-based, commission-only structure. It’s best suited to driven professionals who are energized by results, appreciate clear outcomes, and are motivated by opportunities that scale with their contribution. What You’ll Be Doing Build genuine connections with prospective clients through thoughtful, needs-based conversations Help individuals gain clarity on their goals and introduce solutions that match their direction Support the onboarding process and ensure an engaging, professional client experience Manage follow-up and outreach using digital communication tools (Zoom, CRM, scheduling systems) Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and client feedback Participate in regular training and development sessions to continue expanding your skill set Engage in outreach ad campaigns through online platforms (full training provided) What You Bring 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as client success, relationship management, or consultative sales Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to lead clear and confident conversations Comfort working independently in a digital environment Familiarity with tools like Zoom, CRMs, and online scheduling platforms Curiosity, consistency, and a proactive mindset A genuine interest in leadership, learning, and helping others achieve meaningful growth Experience with digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads) is an asset, but not required What You’ll Gain Full flexibility in a 100% remote role A performance-based structure that reflects your results—offering excellent growth potential Training, mentoring, and a community of experienced professionals to support your journey A culture that emphasizes purpose, professionalism, and the rewards of consistent effort The opportunity to repurpose your experience in a role that offers new levels of challenge and fulfillment Please Note This is a commission-only position.
