About The Role – Senior Director Of Client Success As a Senior Director of Client Success, you’ll lead high-level conversations with individuals who are actively exploring ways to grow. Your role is to understand their needs, offer guidance, and match them with programs that align with their goals. Rather than selling, your work will center on insight, alignment, and relationship-building. It’s a strategic and service-oriented position designed to bring value to each person you connect with. Key Responsibilities Facilitate meaningful conversations with prospective clients and guide them through our structured decision-making process Manage communications professionally through digital platforms, including video calls, CRM systems, and email Develop and sustain relationships throughout the client journey with care and precision Contribute to digital outreach initiatives via social platforms and marketing tools (training provided) Participate in weekly development sessions with peers focused on strategy, communication, and growth Stay consistent with engagement, follow-up, and activity tracking in a supportive and self-managed environment What You Bring To The Table 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as relationship management, strategic advising, or success-focused leadership Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with remote work tools like Zoom, CRMs, and scheduling platforms A steady, intentional approach to building trust and guiding conversations Self-organization, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset An openness to personal development work and the drive to help others succeed Why This May Be a Fit for You 100% remote position designed to support focused, autonomous work Performance-based structure that reflects your engagement and contribution A professional, mission-centered team committed to impact and integrity Full training, mentoring, and a clear framework for success A rare opportunity to bring your skills into a role that’s rewarding both professionally and personally Important to Know This is a commission-only position.
