Our client is an environmental services MNC and they are looking for a Finance and Office Manager, with responsibilities in finance, human resources and office administration.Responsibilities: Finance Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, familiar with Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting method including but not limited to preparation of accounts closing, financial reports, and analysis. Plan and prepare half yearly forecast, annual finance planning and budgeting exercise. Ensure efficient functioning and documentation for all financial systems including receipts, disbursements, billing, bookkeeping and budgeting. Manage and responsible for accounts receivable and payable. Ensure effective cash flow management and forecast. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other statutory bodies to ensure timeline submission and full compliance with regulatory requirements. Review and optimize the existing processes, controls and accounting systems to improve on the financial and operational efficiency. Performing other job functions and ad-hoc projects as assigned. Human Resources Overseeing the entire process of finding, interviewing, and hiring new staff to meet organizational needs. Managing salary reviews, bonus programs, and the overall administration of employee benefits and rewards. Spearheading the creation of human resource policies, ensuring they align with legal requirements and business goals, and translating them into practice. Mediating disputes, addressing grievances, directing disciplinary procedures, and fostering a cooperative work environment. Staying updated on labor laws and regulations and ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant legal standards. Application of relevant work passes if required. Monthly payroll process & checking of expense claim. Office Administration Oversee office operations and matters. Set up and maintain an efficient office filing system for correspondence, reports and other documents. Maintain inventory of office equipment and ensure office equipment are maintained in good working condition. Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Degree (ACCA/CPA). Minimum 5 years working experience with hands-on experience in a lean team environment. Familiarity with Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting method and Cost Accounting Strong IT skills (Excel, Word) and experience with office management & financial reporting systems, with a willingness to adapt and learn. Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated, team player who can communicate effectively, able to work independently while partnering with the global Finance team. Note: The main focus of the role is on the finance function. Candidates who do not really have the HR and office administration experience, will be considered too, if they are willing to take on additional responsibilities beyond finance.
