Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

The Business Operation Manager will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the company. This role ensures efficient workflow across departments, supports program execution, and maintains compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, resource planning, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee documentation, client onboarding, and course administration processes.
  • Assist and follow up on all business development activities and projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of consultancy and training programs.
  • Support financial processes such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, including ACRA and MOM requirements.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements for greater efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and documentation for stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic financial reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
