Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for driving the overall HR strategy and ensuring that it aligns with the organization's business objectives.

  • This includes leading and managing all aspects of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent & Leadership Development, Compliance, Succession Planning, and Total Rewards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR leadership roles, with a strong background in employment laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that drive business results, increase employee satisfaction, and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and total rewards.
  • Partner with business leaders to cultivate a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and foster a sense of belonging.
  • Design and implement performance management frameworks that drive employee growth, productivity, and accountability.
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with labor laws and industry standards while supporting business needs.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless HR operations and a positive employee experience.
  • Lead initiatives in employee engagement, career development, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion, and workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role and teams of 6-8 headcounts in HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.
  • Proven track record in leading HR initiatives across multiple HR functions.
