Job Title:

The Human Resources Strategic Leader is responsible for developing and executing long-term HR strategies, plans, and programs aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term HR strategies, plans, and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and retention. Ensure a robust talent pipeline to support business growth.
  • Policy Development: Create, implement, and enforce company-wide HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and support business success.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and payroll programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Handle conflicts, grievances, and exit interviews while fostering a positive workplace environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
  • Payroll & HR Systems: Manage payroll cycles and maintain accurate HR MIS records to inform strategic decision-making.
  • HR Leadership: Lead and supervise the HR team, ensuring effective operations and providing strategic guidance to support business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee departmental budgets to optimize resource allocation and drive business results.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Analyze HR data, track key metrics, and provide insights for decision-making to drive business success.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Certification: IHRP-CP (Certified Professional) certification required.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align HR with business objectives. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization. Strong analytical ability to interpret HR data and trends.
