Description Manager, Workplace Operations & Business Support – Southeast Asia Boeing invites applications for this role at its Singapore Headquarters. This is a full‑time permanent position. Position Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop our diverse and talented BGES team in Southeast Asia. Oversee and improve workplace & facilities operations and management, enhancing workplace experience. Provide safe, secure, sustainable and compliant workplaces in the region. Oversee and improve BGES’s internal and delegated services with a focus on first‑time quality and continuous improvement. Initiate and enhance operational excellence at all levels of service delivery. Develop regional OPEX and CAPEX budgets and be accountable for delivering cost‑effective operations. Implement cost‑controlling measures. Build BGES’s value proposition and reputation, acting as a trusted partner to businesses, employees, and stakeholders. Create, manage, and enforce workplace policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with global best practices. Lead improvement initiatives focusing on continuous improvement, value engineering, automation, and reducing manual effort. Lead and manage regional facilities projects in coordination with an integrated project team. Develop, manage, and oversee regional operational and capital budgets, conducting variance analysis with action plans. Report on monthly regional performance through scorecards, data, and analysis. Develop strategic business partnerships and build trust with key stakeholders, executive leadership, and functional partners. Lead, coach, and develop BGES team across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand, fostering an inclusive environment. Basic Qualifications 8–10 years of solid experience leading diverse portfolios of workplaces and facilities regionally or globally. 8–10 years of extensive experience improving workplace operations, facilities management, and business compliance. 5–7 years of leadership experience coaching culturally diverse teams in multiple countries. 5–7 years of experience managing OPEX & CAPEX budgets for a division or function. Track record of business partnering, stakeholder management, and business support in complex reporting structures. Experience implementing lean principles for continuous improvement. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Word. Strong planning and prioritization skills with proven problem‑solving track record. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4–8 years of specific work experience. Financial and business acumen. Problem‑solving skills. Strategic thinking. Facilities project management experience. Other Job‑Related Information This is an international local‑hire position.
