Senior Guest Service Agent - Mall Concierge Join to apply for the Senior Guest Service Agent - Mall Concierge role at Marina Bay Sands . Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Senior Guest Service Agent - Mall Concierge to provide exceptional service to shoppers and guests at Marina Bay Sands. This role involves engaging with customers, handling enquiries, performing mall marketing redemptions, and supporting VIP guests. Responsibilities Deliver a memorable shopping experience to visitors. Attend to customer enquiries and feedback to enhance service quality. Manage mall marketing redemptions and perform additional duties as assigned. Provide VIP services to luxury shoppers (training provided). Represent The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands with pride and professionalism. Requirements Education & Certification Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred. Experience At least 2 years of customer service experience. Additional Skills & Attributes Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel). Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and public holidays. Excellent customer service attitude and personality. Interest in a career in hospitality. Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and learning environment.
