**Job title**:Guest Agent

**About KFS Hotel Capital**:
Due to supporting an internationally established alternative accommodation provider that provides corporate clients high quality apartments, we are looking for a guest service agent or property executive to join our team.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Meeting and greting new guest at the property and giving them a
- Inspect apartments prior to new tenant handover to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Inspecting residential apartment leasing targets.
- Liaising and maintaining strong relationships with property agents, landlords and developers.
- Inspect properties and prepare recommendations to lease.
- Coordinate the LOI and tenancy agreement signing process.
- Coordinate the handover of new leases with the property agent, including reviewing items such as cleanliness and faulty items.
- Taking photographs of the property at handover.
- Coordinating access for AC service contractors.
- Liaising with housekeepers on any quality issues.
- Maintaining contacts for emergency contractors (locksmith, electrical, plumber etc).
- Providing physical access when required to properties for interior designers, furniture deliveries, housekeepers, and other contractors.
- Dealing with management committees on various items, such as for deliveries, renovation works, deposits etc.
- Coordinate tenant handover including providing keys etc.
- Coordinate e-stamping and utilities.
- Maintain key register.
- Continuously seek opportunities to lower operational costs through obtaining alternative quotes and providers for various services and negotiating better rates as scale increases.

**Job requirements**:

- Prior guest facing roles
- Attention to detail and guest satisfaction
- Good business acumen
- Strong written English
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.

**Salary**:Part time contract role - Negotiable depending on experience and established relationships in the industry.
