Overview Executive, Customer Service at Aegon. This role exists to handle policy servicing transactions and deliver quality customer service. The key result indicators for this role include providing excellent customer service, processing servicing transactions accurately and on time, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Responsibilities Collaborate with business partners and different internal teams to deliver quality customer service. Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints from internal and external customers through various channels (letter, email, audio/video call, in-person meetings, etc.). Process financial and non-financial policy servicing transactions in different administration systems in compliance with process guidelines, target turnaround times, and zero error tolerance. Ensure good follow-through of customer service requests until completion. Report daily operations issues to the team leader with proposed feasible solutions. Manage the file retention and destruction process. Assist with CRS & FATCA reporting/submission and participate in ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned. Back up other team members to ensure service continuity. Comply with internal policies, procedures and relevant laws and regulations. Requirements High diploma or equivalent; professional qualifications such as FLMI are an advantage. At least 3 years of insurance operations experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the High-Net-Worth Insurance Sector. Understanding of different entity structures, AML guidelines, FATCA and CRS requirements. Ability to work independently and under pressure with a growth mindset. Customer-focused with a desire to provide excellent service. Good problem-solving and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; good team player and accountable. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, Copilot, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
