Job Description:

As a Service Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and experience a memorable visit.
Responsibilities:
">- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing cash transactions and operating the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements:
">- Food Hygiene Level 1 Certification
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
