Customer Service Team Member Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and professional customer service team member to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily operations and execute tasks as assigned by management.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Process airfreight data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement customer-centric strategies.
  • Assist in importing goods and perform other administrative duties as designated.

Requirements:
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a positive service personality and a strong work attitude.
  • Be computer literate and possess multitasking abilities.
  • Work independently without supervision and possess a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with freight and shipping processes.
  • Excellent customer relations and customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
