Looking for a career in customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service via phone call, WhatsApp and in-person at our car workshop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administrative tasks such as filing work, cashiering, checking stock, ordering stock and other administrative duties.

You will also provide customer service including check-in, answering enquiries and cashiering. In addition, you may be required to perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks including filling work, cashiering and checking stock
  • Providing customer service via phone call, WhatsApp and in-person
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • N-level or above, polytechnic or university education
  • Training provided
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced car workshop environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite specifically PowerPoint Excel and Word
  • Availability to start immediately or on short notice is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
