Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated customer service representative to join our team in providing exceptional customer experiences, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness of our café areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders as needed.
  • Prepare and serve beverages that meet our quality standards.
  • Serve customers their food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain beverage making equipment in good working order and keep the café areas clean.
  • Perform cashier duties and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Assist in stocking and replenishing beverage supplies.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 1 year of relevant experience and a valid food safety course level 1 certificate.
  • Minimum secondary school education.
  • Able to work independently and support other team members proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
