Job Title: Customer Service Team Member Overview:The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a candidate who can assist customers to their tables, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for explaining menu items, highlighting ingredients and cooking methods, and informing customers of daily specials. The job requires preparing checks, itemizing total meal costs and sales taxes, and presenting menus to patrons, answering questions and making recommendations as needed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and taking them to the appropriate area. Furthermore, they will serve food and beverages to patrons, preparing specialty dishes at tables as required. Stocking service areas with supplies, including coffee, food, tableware, and linens is also an essential part of this role. The candidate will perform side duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Shift Leader. Requirements:The ideal candidate should be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays. Additionally, they should hold N/O Levels or equivalent qualifications.
