BIM Modeller Job Description

Summary:

Seeking an experienced BIM professional to create architectural models in Singapore. Candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D Max.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating discipline-specific model geometry and associated metadata to objects, aligning with company guidelines;
  • Applying architectural design knowledge in creating BIM models and assisting with model quality assurance;
  • Experience producing drawings, plans and documentation from BIM models and adhering to project specifications;
  • Familiarity with industry standards on annotating up to DD Stage level of production;
  • Updating and maintaining the models as design changes occur, ensuring accuracy and consistency;
  • Coordinating with other design disciplines on design changes and model updates;
  • Developing, testing and optimizing Dynamo scripts to enhance workflows and project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree educated - Bachelor / Masters in Architecture, Urban Design or equivalent;
  • Advanced Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D Max;
  • Certified Professional in Revit is preferred;
  • Proficiency in Revit family creation workflows, Revit / AutoCAD integration, and Microsoft Office;
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential or other language skills are advantageous;
  • Familiarity with Dynamo, Navisworks & BIM360 is advantageous;
  • Awareness of global BIM and information management standards is advantageous.
