Senior Building Information Modeller

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Building Information Modeller. As a key member of our building design and construction team, you will be responsible for creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or Bentley MicroStation.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Information Modeller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM modeling and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM models and drawings throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all data remains current and reliable.
  • Develop and implement effective Common Data Environment (CDE) processes to manage the exchange and coordination of BIM models with consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Produce high-quality shop drawings from BIM models for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of design or construction issues.
  • Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines and sub-contractors.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A diploma or degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in BIM modeling work in building construction and project execution.
  • Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
  • Experience in LTA / MRT projects is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and proactive mindset.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines.
