BIM Coordinator Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and coordinating BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. You will work closely with project teams to ensure technical accuracy and contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Use BIM (Revit/AutoCAD) to develop and update detailed 3D models and drawings for ACMV systems.
  • Conduct clash detection, issue resolution, and model validation using advanced BIM tools.
  • Prepare and manage technical submissions, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for ACMV works.
  • Support digital delivery initiatives to align with project goals and contribute to workflow optimization through model integration and automation techniques.
  • Contribute to the implementation of digital workflows, integrating BIM models into project management systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of BIM / Revit experience, preferably in ACMV or MEP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ACMV system layouts, coordination, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM MEP) software and understanding of multidisciplinary design and construction principles.
  • Familiarity with local building codes.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
